Session Two (3 hours): Show, Don’t Tell: Sharing Characterization & Emotions Without Telling or Info Dumps: Examining how to take deep level character planning and put it on the page through showing, not telling. Attendees learn how to convey their character’s physical descriptions, emotions, motivation, personality and backstory in ways that pull readers deeper into the story and the character’s inner world.
